Problem:
Dtrack2 software has errors when clicking “start” because one of the “slave” computers are not connecting.
Background:

Solution

If one of the Dtrack cameras goes missing, then try this:
* Power off and then power on the ART hubs (there are 2 of them) that are behind the front screens in the CAVE. They are on a small server rack.

Waiting for External Synchronization Signal
Problem: The Dtrack cameras do not connect, rebooting either the Dtrack server on the downstairs rack or the secondary servers on the mini-rack behind the center wall does not fix it.

Tracking system Unresponsive
Symptoms:
* Dtrack2 is open on the head node computer
* Dtrack2 is running (the various cameras are visible)
* When you bring the main glasses into the CAVE area, the “body id” 2 (under data display) does not turn green.
