 +  * Pulling the power cable on the projects, and waiting 3 minutes before plugging them back in.  We tried unplugging for 30 seconds, but that was not enough.
 +  * Once you plug it back in, go back to the [[crestron:service_menu|service menu]] and "Connection Status" tab.
 +  * Click the checkbox next to the desired projector, and then click "Connect" to try to get the Creston to find that unit again.
 +  * **Note**: It may take about 1 to 2 minutes for the Crestron to show a green box next to the projector (showing that it is communicating with the Crestron).  If you do not see a change, then try exiting that screen and reloading the connection status screen again.
